Either the actual conversation or how Adam feels about it afterward. Or both.

Harry Potter AU

The "up to giggley no good" in zoodlemouse13's prompt up there made me think of Harry Potter, lol.

The Glam Troupe is like Hogwarts' new Marauders, and they solemnly swear they are up to no good. What kind of mischief do they manage?

Bonus points if they're not all in the same House, and Adam is all, "Who gives a fuck? Let's include everyone! :D" about it.

Also, if you made Tommy an illegitimate Malfoy, I'd have no objections. >.>

Now I'm picturing a Slytherin Tommy who is shunned by the rest of his house, sitting alone during lunch until the day Gryffindor Adam calls him over. "Aren't you fucking bored? They're not talking to you anyway."

So Thomas Malfoy comes over and sits at the new table Adam had made full of people from different houses. And sits. And after a week or so, he starts talking in two-word sentences.

...And then after he warms up, they realize that he's in Slytherin because he's got a devious imagination and cleverness that he mostly hides.

Yeah, Tommy has the name Ratliff but also Malfoy. He's one of the kids Lucius has had with a maid over the years. Generally Narcissa would handle this situation (paying them off enough so she never has to see either of them again), but this time Tommy's mother managed to get enough on Lucius to blackmail him. And he's getting old and tired and-fuck it, sure.

So now Tommy has the Malfoy name, which he could do without, and enough money for a full Hogwarts education. All at the price of his own house despising him (although some are impressed at his mother's ability to take down the biggest wizarding family and make them say uncle).

(Is this in the timeline after the war but before Harry has kids old enough to send? Let's set it before the "what epilogue?" part!)
