Eber is their American Muggle parent, and Leila is magical with family in the UK. She was in America when the most recent war happened, and waited until it was over to bring the kids when her and Eber divorced. So as a result Adam and Neil still have American accents and a lot of American ways. Neil tries to hide most of his American and Muggle tendencies as he can. Adam could give a shit less.

Adam is not only a major advocate for school unity, but for the arts. He lobbied hard for a drama department and finally gets one late in his fifth year. He loves choir and singing, although his shows can cause...problems.
